Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Lead team of consultation liaison psychiatrists to care for medical, surgical and obstetrics patients admitted to the hospital. Growing the service: consult volume up 46%, integrative care up 27% in 2019. Active in teaching Internal Medicine residents and the Ethics committee.  Focused on safe and effective pain management, optimizing care and comfort at the end of life, educating patients and medical staff on the risk of opioids, and improving care for patients with substance use disorders.
